Marlfield House makes the perfect location for special events.  The setting is ideal for filming as recently depicted in the new Christmas TV advertisment for Bulmers cider, and this being their second time to use the grounds.

Marlfield is also ideal for group or individual fishing trips with the River Suir famous for its fresh water trout and salmon, with approximately one mile of private fishing. Guests at Marlfield House are also welcome to fish within the grounds of Knocklofty House Hotel, one and a half mile further up river.

Marlfield House and surrounding areas such as The Lake, St. Patrick’s Well with its spring water, the Knockmeldown Mountains and the beautiful Nire Valley to name but a few make for wonderful walking holidays and pony trekking. For those looking for a more relaxed laid back holiday there is the option of hiring our classic chauffer driven Rolls Royce Convertible for day trips and is also available to hire for weddings.
